Is my data safe?▾

Yes. For the Official Export route, your file is parsed entirely in your browser and never uploaded. For Self-Summary, only the answer you paste is structured into your own portable profile, kept private to your session so you can download it and give it to any AI — and we never store your raw conversations. The Data Request route generates a letter you send yourself; we never email on your behalf.

Do you ever touch my AI accounts?▾

Never. There is no OAuth, no scraping, and no password entry anywhere in Pure Migrate. You always move your own data — by pasting a summary, uploading your own export, or sending your own data request.

How long does it take?▾

About 60 seconds for Self-Summary. The Official Export route depends on how fast your provider emails your data — the analysis itself is nearly instant since it runs locally in your browser.

What if I use multiple AIs?▾

What formats are supported?▾

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini (Google Takeout), Copilot, and Grok exports are auto-detected (.zip or .json). For Perplexity, Meta AI, and platforms without export, use Self-Summary or file a Data Request.

What is a Data Request (DSAR)?▾

A Data Subject Access Request is your legal right under GDPR (EU/UK, Art. 15 & 20) and CCPA/CPRA (California) to obtain a copy of the data a company holds on you. We draft the letter with the correct citations and deadline; you send it from your own email and the provider must respond.

Can I undo this?▾

Yes. Your imported context can be edited or deleted anytime in your PureBrain settings. You have full control over what your AI partner remembers.
